Hey babe — we keep things simple around here. Every piece is made and packed with love, so please read below before ordering.
Jewelry
All jewelry sales are final. For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns or exchanges on earrings, necklaces, or any other worn items.
Our bamboo earrings are crafted from brass and are not hypoallergenic, so please avoid if you have metal sensitivities.
When your earrings arrive, handle them gently — they’re delicate. Remove them carefully from the packaging to avoid bending or damage.
Care Tips:
- Avoid wearing in water or high humidity
- Store in a dry, cool place
- Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing
- Keep away from perfumes, lotions, and hair products
Bags, Apparel & Accessories
All sales are final — no returns or exchanges. Please double-check your order before checking out, because once it’s shipped, it’s yours.
Damaged or Wrong Item?
That’s on us. If something shows up damaged or not what you ordered, email fetchbamboocompanyllc@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right — either with a replacement or store credit.

Please allow 7–10 business days for processing before your order ships. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
